NIKE – BOGOTÁ FLAGSHIP STORE

We reimagined the opening of Nike’s Bogotá flagship as a city-wide movement. It wasn’t just a store launch, it was a hyperlocal statement that turned the city’s streets, rhythms, and everyday challenges into the stage for Nike’s most elevated retail experience in Colombia.

The Problem

Opening a flagship store in a city like Bogotá demands more than visibility. The challenge was to make Nike Rise feel truly Bogotano: not imported, not generic, while introducing a new standard of premium retail. The launch needed to resonate with locals, reflect the city’s energy, and turn movement, culture, and sport into a shared urban experience.

The Solution

We designed a hyperlocal launch strategy that activated Bogotá itself. From symbolic street interventions that claimed potholes as canvases for the Swoosh, to public transport activations, the city became part of the journey. The opening expanded into street sports, local games, gastronomy, and cultural rituals blending Nike’s innovation with Bogotá’s altitude, grit, flavor, and creativity. The result was a flagship launch that didn’t just open its doors, it earned its place in the city’s everyday movement.
