‘DON JUAN’ LISTENING PARTY
The city of Medellín had the privilege of being the first one to listen to Maluma’s latest production.
The Problem
The Colombian artist "Maluma" wanted to release his latest production "Don Juan", through an experience never seen before by his fans and close friends in his hometown, Medellin, where the urban sounds and the color chosen for this new era: purple, were the focus of the event.
The Solution
We designed a listening party where we transformed an industrial warehouse into a palace of neoclassical architecture, complementing it with a circular art installation with screens that vibrated to the beat of the tracks. A rotating stage where the artist set the rhythm of the event was the center of an intimate experience having access to the world of Juan Luis, at the same time different happenings inspired by the tracks made the public interact. Finally the highlight of the night was when J Balvin made a live performance with Maluma of his song Gafas Negras and the official video was filmed making the guests the protagonists.
